THE COOKBOOK

Is this a physical book or ebook? Yes, this a physical cookbook that will be shipped to your actual address.  Ebook versions will be added in the near future.

Can I order more than two cookbooks? At this time,  two is the maximum number per order.

Are the books signed? Can I have my cookbook signed? The cookbooks are not signed as they are sent directly from the printing company to the shipping warehouse . The author will be having giveaways for signed copies. Also future events are in the works for signed copies.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally? 😔 At this time we only offer US shipping. Arrangements for international shipping is in the works.

What is the 2-3 business day handling time for? Please allow up up to 2-3 business days handling time after order is placed. We are a small team working  to get these books boxed, bagged and ship to you quickly! It is our goal to not have to use much of the handling time and we are working at top speed! Thank you so much for your patience!  I appreciate it so much! Your cookbook will ship priority or media mail (depending on what you've selected)  and a tracking number will be sent to you. 

When will my book arrive?  Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout which will allow you to track your packages journey.  Please note that shipping times given by USPS are only estimates and your package may arrive earlier or a bit later that the expected date.

 

SHIPPING ISSUES

Help! I did not receive a tracking number. You will not receive a tracking number until your package has actually shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days handling time after placing an order to receive your tracking number via email. If you have not received an email after this allotted time, please be sure to check your spam folders. You may contact customer service if you still need assistance.

I received my tracking number but it says "label created" and that the package has not yet been picked up. We try to ship orders within 24-48 hours of printing the label. However, USPS can be slow to update the tracking number and on some occasions will not update the tracking until the item has been delivered. Try checking the tracking number in a few days to see if there has been an update.

USPS says my package has been delivered but it has not. Please visit "Where is my package?" to see how to proceed.  

RETURNS/REFUNDS

In order to be eligible for a refund (minus the shipping cost) please return your item unused in its original packaging to the address on the package.

Please reach out to us before returning your item. Items that are returned without notice will not be accepted.
